The reason for this, especially dealing with floor tile, #1, it visually expands the space-makes room look larger, #2, You see the beautiful tile not the grid, which again visually makes room look smaller. I know I am in the minority but I hate the charcoal. The charcoal is too much contrast. Weve also done more medium grays. It may have a big impact on color choice. I totally agree with dark countertops that are shown in the pictures white would loose the pattern. The Charcoal is too dark but I think dialing charcoal back a shade or two would be great.
